Data retention policy
General principles for storing information in the test environment. Specific retention may depend on deployment settings.
1. Accounts and profile
Profile data is stored while the account exists. Account deletion or anonymization follows service features and legal requirements.
2. Events and media
Event materials and uploads are stored for display and may be removed when an event is deleted, on request, or when test data is cleared in development.
3. Logs and technical data
Technical logs may be kept for a limited time for debugging, security, and incident investigation.
4. Test mode
During development, backups, retention periods, and rollbacks may not meet production standards. Do not use the service as the only store for critical information.
